Fire & Audio Solutions was founded in April 2014 after years of working within a large national company and seeing how frustrating badly organised fire alarm work could be for clients. Too many jobs were poorly arranged, too many issues were passed around, and too much distance existed between the customer and the people who actually understood the technical problem.
The business was built to offer a better experience: direct communication, responsive attendance, stronger technical understanding, and a more practical approach to getting systems working properly. From the start, the focus was commercial fire alarm work, not domestic work and not trying to be a generalist contractor doing everything at once.
That focus still shapes how we work today. We help clients who need faults diagnosed properly, maintenance handled consistently, and issues solved without the usual layers of delay, confusion, or upselling.

Before Fire & Audio Solutions was established, the background was already in commissioning new systems and fault finding older ones, including voice evacuation systems. That engineering background still shows in the kind of work we are strongest at today: diagnosing faults, understanding panel behaviour, and getting systems back into service without guesswork.
We are experienced with both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems across a range of manufacturers. In practice, that matters most on fault finding, takeovers, repairs, and panel replacement work, where familiarity with different protocols, panel types, and device behaviour saves time.

If your system is not listed, that does not automatically mean we cannot help. It just means we would rather be honest about what we know best than pretend to be everything to everyone.
